Everywhere at Once

Breaking news!

My chapbook, Everywhere at Once, has just been released by Pudding House Press, and is now available for purchase.

It's a collection of twenty poems, unified by bird imagery. In poems that travel the globe, the book deals with themes of immanence, identity, the human condition, and, of course, love.

A sample poem - in fact, the first one in the book, from which the title is taken - can be read at http://www.umbrellajournal.com/spring2008/how_divine/LiskenVanPeltDus.html.

The cover art is by my brother, artist John Van Pelt.

The book costs $10 plus shipping. Copies are available from me (in person, or e-mail me at lisken@verizon.net) or from Pudding House Press (http://www.puddinghouse.com/ - scroll down the left side of the page to "Order Form"). If you order from me, let me know if you'd like your copy signed and/or dedicated. I'm also hoping to have copies in Berkshire bookstores soon.
